Use this page for company, website, partnership or launch-timetable enquiries. CoverPilot cannot currently provide quotations, policy advice or cover confirmation.

Choose the right route

For a future renewal, use the registration page so we can record the broad class of insurance and renewal month in a consistent format. For corrections to an article, identify the page and the statement you believe needs attention. Accessibility problems and privacy requests should be labelled clearly in the email subject.

The office address is the company’s business location. During the pre-launch period it is not operating as a walk-in insurance branch, and visiting without an appointment will not result in a quotation.

Helpful information

  • Your name and business name
  • A telephone number and email address
  • The reason for contacting us
  • Any relevant deadline
  • The webpage concerned, where applicable

Do not send insurance files through the general mailbox

Please avoid attaching driving licences, medical information, claims documents, bank details or copies of identification. Secure information-gathering arrangements will be introduced when regulated enquiries are accepted.

We can discuss the planned scope of CoverPilot, explain material published on the site and respond to ordinary company enquiries. We cannot assess whether an existing policy is suitable, interpret a live claim on your behalf or make a recommendation before launch.

Company enquiries and pre-launch contact

Choose the correct contact route before sending information

The general contact address is for questions about CoverPilot Limited, the website, published guidance, partnerships, suppliers and the planned launch. It is not yet an insurance application channel. Sending an email does not bind cover, amend an existing policy, notify a claim or create a duty for CoverPilot to approach an insurer.

A future-renewal enquiry is better submitted through the registration page because that form records the business name, broad insurance interest and renewal timing in a consistent format. General email remains suitable for a question about the company, a correction to website content, a media or partnership approach, or a technical problem with a page.

For an article correction, include the exact page address, the wording concerned and the reason it may be inaccurate or unclear. For an accessibility problem, describe the device, browser, assistive technology and the task that could not be completed. Privacy requests should be clearly labelled and should explain the information or right involved without attaching unnecessary identity documents at the first stage.

Do not use the general mailbox for urgent policy, claims or roadside matters. Those should be directed to the current insurer, broker, claims line, recovery provider or emergency service shown in the relevant live policy documents. CoverPilot cannot confirm whether an existing policy responds, give authority for repairs or extend a notification deadline during the pre-launch period.

Sensitive material should be kept out of an ordinary first email. Avoid sending driving licences, passports, medical records, bank details, payment-card data, detailed claims files or large proposal forms unless a secure method has been agreed. A concise summary is normally enough to decide the correct next step and reduces the amount of personal information being circulated.

The Ryton address is the company business address, not a walk-in insurance branch. Meetings, supplier visits and partnership discussions should be arranged in advance. A visitor arriving without an appointment cannot obtain a quotation, policy review or regulated recommendation from the premises.

  • Use the registration form for a future commercial insurance renewal
  • Quote the exact webpage when reporting an error or broken link
  • Label accessibility, privacy and complaint messages clearly
  • Include your name, business and preferred reply method
  • State any genuine deadline and why it matters
  • Keep identification, financial and claims documents out of the first email
  • Contact the current insurer or broker for live policy matters
  • Arrange office visits before travelling to the business address

A clearly routed enquiry can usually be handled with less personal data, fewer follow-up questions and a more useful response.
